PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Guam Housing Corporation (GHC), a public corporation and an autonomous instrumentality of the Government of Guam is soliciting proposals from a nationally recognized U.S. Certified Public Accounting Firm for an audit (to include the Single Audit Act Provision) of its financial operations for FY 2004 – FY 2006. Required audit reports include a report on the financial statements and reports on internal control and compliance.

Request for Proposal (RFP) packages may be obtained at the GHC main office, Ste. 535 ITC Building, 590 South Marine Drive, Tamuning, Guam 96911, anytime from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Deadline for submission of all proposals is 4:00 p.m. ( Guam time), Friday, December 17, 2004. All proposals must be submitted to the attention of the Acting President. Any proposals submitted after the above deadline will not be accepted.

The GHC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, solicit new proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities or award the Independent Auditor in whole or in part.
